Large is indeed large
All the space in the world.
Well... Space for 2 innertubes, a cycle repair kit (tool, patches, glue and levers), some SiS gels and SiS bars.
Perfect for a long, self sufficient cycle.
Fine for both my on road and off road sections of the event I was doing
Saddle bag
Needed a larger bag for a 70 mile cycle to the coast . Fitted everything in I needed, toolkit , inner tube money and phone easily. Good bag easy to attach . No problems
Doesn't disappoint
Well, you've read the details, here how it is in use.
It does exactly what you think it's going to do. It attaches quite easily to the bike, the zip feels fairly robust and is not flimsy.
The top of the inside is stiff, as is the door, which makes it keep it's shape, and protects the contents from bumps. Once you have adjusted the straps to the right length, two clicks and a Velcro strap removes or attaches it. It has a small mesh pocket on the inside of the door.
It is large enough to get my phone, wallet, keys, hip flask and a sandwich in. You could also use it for bicycling accessories.
I would not consider it waterproof, however the bottom half is covered with a plastic patterned material, which adds to splash protection. I will keep a zip-lock plastic bag in it to put my phone in if it's heavily raining.
I give it a 9/10, which rounds up to five stars. I would buy it again, and I would recommend it to others.
An excellent saddle bag with lots of space, fits securely with little movement.
