CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Absolutely terrible! Hard to believe they were ever released
The second I tried these on, I couldn't wait to take them off again. The waistband is so hard and so uncomfortable that they would be impossible to wear. The rest of the fit was poor and a bit baggy.
I LOVE all things Rab, but these are more like a size 10 than a 14! Really small sizing folks, all the quality of Rab, so do order but order up one or two sizes.
