Offering underfoot support, improved flexibility and complete comfort when heading out onto any terrain, the Men’s Explorer Trek GORE-TEX® Walking Boots are fully waterproof and have a PU midsole which features an Ergonomic Holding System. The comfortable insole and breathable mesh upper give it that little extra you will be looking for in an all-round walking boot. The suede and mesh upper are robust yet flexible ensuring your feet are comfortable while maintaining a high level of breathability.

Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

Awful
Poor quality
Initially comfortable. Unfortunately on their first outing in North Wales 3 of the eyelets popped which caused the laces to loose tightness. Not what I would expect from £30+ let along £100+
Oh Dear!
These boots look great are were really comfortable from the start. Sadly they only stayed waterproof for a couple of months. Not long after, the tongue split, and the soles have already worn badly.
Very sad as I loved them
I love these boots have been wearing them for years never a blister from the moment I put them on my feet .but my last two pairs only stayed waterproof for about ten months .

Bought these as replacement...
Bought these as replacement for Merrill Gortex boots which let water in from day one!!! What a difference in quality and performance these are, comfortable and keep your feet dry.

Great bit of kit straight out of the box and on my feet. Did Ben Nevis with absolutely no issues.
Comfortable but poor construction
Comfortable and light weight. Downside poor build quality. 1st pair split across tongue after 7 mths. Berghaus replaced them and 2 eyelets popped out of 2nd pair. Soles wore down quickly.
Wore for the first time on an easy 8km walk. Unfortunately found them to be the most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. I was left with blisters on both feet and this was after trying them instore.
