disappointing
Not good
I buy a pair of walking shoes a year, which i heavily use through winter. This is the worst pair I have bought in the past 10 years. It is not minimally waterproof: you just need to walk a few meter in short grass and your feet will be soaked.
When I read "waterproof" printed on the shoes it makes me laugh

These are my 4th pair so I guess i'm a fan. Very comfortable and a nice wide fitting, wear mine everywhere.

The laces are looped through pseudo-suede hoops; tightening is probably high-friction. One of these fabic hoops closest to the foot has parted. I'll be ditching both shoes as repair is not feasible.
