This coat is warm, waterproof and perfect in all ways except the zip. I don't expect to have to consult an instructional video in how to do up a zip. I only successfully manage to do it up 1 in 10 times, which often ends with me getting angry, frustrated and chucking it back on the hook in favour of a coat that I can actually do up quickly. I think I may actually return it for this reason, which is a shame as the coat itself is exactly what I need. Really really frustrating. If a zip has an instructional video, I think perhaps something needs to be rethought.
