5 star quality and...
5 star quality and value for money but a 3 star rating? I purchased these through Black’s online store. All was well until Hermes got involved. They lost the parcel and their tracking website is totally and utterly useless. Black’s customer service people weren’t brilliant either. A replacement order finally arrived on Christmas Eve. Black’s has a good reputation for selling quality outdoor gear such as these boots. I would recommend visiting their stores and avoid using Hermes.

Very happy with the boots usually size 4 in shoes I ordered size 5 they are perfect fit with thick socks, haven’t tried they in the rain yet so don’t know how waterproof they are .very happy .

Lovely boots well made....
Lovely boots well made. Heel to low , made them uncomfortable for myself.

These boots are very comfortable when trying on. I’ve not been on a good long walk in them yet. However, the reason I didn’t give 5 stars rating is because there was no paperwork or returns form in package. This is the first time I’ve ordered from Blacks but it has put me off ordering the rest of the goods in my basket because I feel it could be a pain returning items.
