I bought this in a larger size because I like to keep warm with layers underneath. Seems ok but the description says 'fitted hood with side elastication' but you cant tighten the elastic so in a downpour and with the wind blowing I cant see that it will stay on. Not the best design for something called Cyclone! Most similar coats have a way of making the hood fit tighter.
