Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

I’ve been using Bridgedale...
I’ve been using Bridgedale socks for over 30 years for many different activities and expeditions the latest to EBC. Through a full military career and latterly as a civilian they’ve proven to be 100% reliable, comfortable in a all weathers from the Arctic to the sand they behave impeccably and relatively long lasting compared to other brands. The range of choices is an added bonus. They shape well to the foot without folding or giving in to stresses of arduous activity and also wick effectively so they don’t stink even after wearing continuously for days! No reason to look elsewhere if you’re looking for an all rounder. Great piece of kit.

A really great pair of hiking socks. I have worn these recently on three long hikes and found them to be very comfortable. They have kept my feet dry, and so far no blisters.

These socks are great for walking long distances. Tried them on 20mil walks many times. They breath, and also are comfortable.
