A decent meal.
A decent freeze dried meal. I made it with a water top up and left long enough to soften. It Was a suitable filling meal.

tastes how its looks donno what drugs the other reviewers were smoking at the time of review horrible potatoes veg and so called meatballs that were about half a cm in diamater just put me in mind of thicker cuppa soup not good value for money at all

Not really a hot pot as the potato is mash.
Easy to prepare and tasty. Meat needs to rehydrate for a bit longer than stated on the packet but then very acceptable
Hit the spot
While not the most tasty meal in the range, the hotpot contained sufficient carbs in the form of instant mash to replenish me after a gruelling climb and long day in the Cambrian mountains. As always, I left it to reconstitute longer than recommended on the packet. With meatballs that looked like grapeshot, I figured patience was better than loosing teeth!
Enjoyed very much
After a long day walking i really enjoyed this, its mainly mash potatoes but with a good amount of meat and other bits.
I love just having to boil water and pour it in, no washing up, no mess. Perfect.
Not as good as the rest
No ware nearly as good as the pasta versions made by same company, would.not buy again.
Minced beef hotpot
I used the correct amount of hot water and let it stand for the correct length of time, and when i came to eat it i found the meat was hard and not hydrated. Everything else tasted fine and plenty of it but let down by the meat unfortunately.

I was disappointed with this one after previously enjoyed the Chicken Curry and Pasta Bolognese.
Despite me having used the correct amount of boiling water and having left it for the correct time, the meat was hard and not hydrated.
The only plus point is that it's filling... Felt like I'd swallowed a cobble stone!
Not too good
After walking a day in the pouring rain I was looking forwards to a nice, hot, simple dinner which, according to the good reviews, tasted good. The meat in it was solid and didn't taste anything like what it should be. The sauce and mash were okay for a few bites but then started to taste bad and sickly. I had to throw this meal away as I couldn't finish it.

This is really very good food, serve in the bag so no fuss, just boiling water. Really really tasty. Worth the money
Tried this mince beef hotpot today.filled to the mark and left for stated time .opened up and it was very much like soup.the potatoe and veg tasted ok but the beef was tasteless
