Giving this jacket the benefit of the doubt, I have walked the dog in this 3 times now in the rain. The inside of the jacket was completely wet every time, even when using an umbrella my sleeves were soaked through. It's also not very breathable. Looks good but don't waste your money. Too late to return it sadly
